The Menu

The menu for each charter is tailored to the tastes of our guests, based on the information provided before arrival. Before your trip, we’ll ask you to complete a preference sheet so that we can build your menu around your favorite food and bar preferences.

The sample menu below provides a preview of the style of food you’re likely to sample while aboard. Exact offerings are subject to the availability and freshness of ingredients on island.
